Catherine offers many services to help you achieve your nutrition goals and optimal health in a way that works best for you.

Medical Nutrition Therapy 

  • Includes both individual and group counseling sessions in the office or in your home (home visit if medically necessary and permitted by your insurance).
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Individualized nutritional assessment, meal planning and counseling, based on past medical history, current medical issues (diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, cancer, weight management, gastrointestinal disease, autoimmune disease, pulmonary disease etc.), blood work results, medications, supplements, social circumstances and of course, personal goals.
  • Enteral and parenteral nutrition support for those requiring gastrostomy or jejunostomy-tube feedings, TPN (total parenteral nutrition) or PPN (peripheral parenteral nutrition).

Insulin Pump Management 

Analysis and management of insulin pump settings and carbohydrate counting to help properly match insulin doses (pump or shots/pen).

Individualized Menu Planning 

Catherine realizes that one of the most difficult aspects of achieving your nutritional goals is making the proper food choices at the grocery store and preparing meals, therefore she not only devises individualized meal plans, she can assist with shopping and cooking, if needed.

Menu analysis

Individual or group menu analysis to ensure nutritional adequacy of menus for client/population served.  For group example, Catherine has analyzed menus for NJAC- New Jersey Association on Corrections and various group homes.


Using your written logs and/or app, Catherine will analyze your nutrient intake and assess how it compares to your nutritional needs and goals.  Catherine also provides timely feedback and ongoing nutritional and emotional support outside of the office or home visits, via email or phone communication, as needed.  In addition to individual support, group support sessions are also available.

Meal Delivery Referral

If you are battling a life threatening illness and are deemed to be nutritionally compromised, Catherine can refer you to MANNA ( for free, short-term medically appropriate home-delivered meals.  MANNA provides 3 meals/day, 7 days/week plus snacks for 6 months.  After 6 months Catherine can re-certify your meals if you meet the criteria.  If you do not meet MANNA’s criteria, Catherine can assist you in receiving other home-delivered meal options in your area.
